About the Role

Build, lead, and scale the India Delivery Center, driving operational excellence, high-performing teams, and seamless execution across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Company's India Delivery Center, ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end delivery across Web Development, Creative Production, Digital Marketing, eCommerce Operations, Finance, HR, and Administration.
• Translate business priorities from the US leadership team into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.
• Drive hiring strategy, workforce planning, and organizational growth to support business expansion.
• Establish and optimize operating processes, SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage resource planning, workload balancing, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, vendor management, procurement, and business continuity for the India office.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, payroll, and corporate policies in coordination with external advisors.
• Manage the India operations budget and drive cost-effective, scalable operations.
• Develop future leaders through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Serve as the primary operational partner for the Founder and Chief of Staff, providing regular business updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Identify operational risks, resolve escalations, and drive continuous process improvements across the organization.
• Champion employee engagement, learning, and a high-performance culture aligned with company's values and long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Operations, Delivery, or General Management.
• Proven experience leading and scaling cross-functional teams in a digital agency, eCommerce, SaaS, or technology services environment.
• Excellent operational, project, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in hiring, performance management, and organizational development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of HR, administration, and statutory compliance in India.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
