Performance Marketer (Founding Team)

An independent, founder-led marketing company built to challenge lazy, template-driven marketing. Our clients span Pharma, SaaS, BFSI, and Healthcare (B2B + B2C). The company was founded by an ISB alum, an ex-strategy + marketing executive, and a reputed GenAI trainer. The team includes veterans from top agencies. The agency is creative-first but deeply tech-savvy, building custom dashboards and vibe-code solutions and hosting internal hackathons, believing tech is table stakes and excelling at it.

About the Role

We are seeking our founding performance marketer to play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing paid campaigns across diverse platforms. Working closely with the founder and cross-functional teams (creative, content, and strategy), you will manage end-to-end campaign execution, contribute to strategic insights, and drive measurable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Oversee ad set creation, audience segmentation, budget pacing, and continuous performance monitoring.
• Conduct quality assurance for creative assets, tracking implementations, and landing page user flows.
• Design and execute systematic A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Document key learnings and develop scalable playbooks for consistent client success.
• Develop and present compelling weekly/monthly performance reports, focusing on insights and strategic recommendations.
• Proactively identify potential risks and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Foster clear and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide data-backed briefs to creative and content teams for asset development.
• Leverage marketing technology stack to automate reporting and streamline operational workflows.
• Support new business development through contributions to pitches, case studies, and capability presentations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing paid campaigns.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search & Display), and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and basic landing page optimization principles.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to drive campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
