Digital Marketing Specialist

VC-backed B2C fintech building the complete toolkit for India's retail traders, from stock screening and strategy backtesting through to execution and self-evaluation. Backed by Antler alongside a strong group of angel and institutional investors, it's a ~20-person team scaling quickly, with our own screener and backtesting engine already live and execution and brokerage products on the way. Operating in a SEBI-regulated space means financial hygiene, clean books, and airtight compliance aren't optional—they're a core part of the business.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will own paid acquisition on Google and Meta for India and the US, from campaign planning to performance analysis. This role involves managing a limited budget, conducting experiments, and scaling spend as the budget grows, while guiding the GTM team on creative formats and exploring new channels.

• Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end for India and the US markets.
• Track performance across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PostHog, utilizing data for optimization decisions.
• Manage and optimize a limited monthly budget, conduct small experiments, and develop strategies to scale spend.
• Guide the Go-To-Market (GTM) team on creative formats and determine when organic social content requires paid promotion.
• Test new advertising channels like LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads, and provide support for SEO initiatives.

• 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, across the full cycle from planning to reporting.
• Experience working on the brand side, managing monthly budgets of roughly ₹5–10 lakh, with a preference for in-house experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of how campaigns change when a budget grows five or ten times.
• Proficiency in reading Google Analytics and a product analytics tool such as PostHog, and connecting data to explain results.
• Experience with campaigns for a US audience (Good to have).
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Reddit Ads (Good to have).
• Working knowledge of SEO (Good to have).
