GTM Associate/Account Executive

The startup is an AI-powered conversational commerce platform built for India’s D2C brands. We help brands turn conversations into revenue across the full customer journey, from discovery and cart recovery to post-purchase engagement and retention. We work with hundreds of D2C brands across the Indian e-commerce ecosystem and have built deep partnerships with leading enablers like GoKwik. We are in a high-growth phase, evolving from a chatbot product into the conversational engagement layer for Indian commerce.

About the Role

Human Capitalists is hiring for a GTM – International Markets (North America) role for a fast-growing SaaS company. This is not a typical AE role. You’ll own the North America GTM motion end to end—from pipeline creation to closing to early expansion—working closely with the CEO to build a repeatable revenue engine. What you’ll do: Own GTM for North America (inbound + outbound) Run full-cycle, consultative sales for mid-market & enterprise. Partner with the CEO on pricing, positioning, and key deals. Feed customer insights into Product and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end go-to-market execution for North America, including inbound and outbound motions
• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline from prospecting through close
• Run full-cycle, consultative sales for mid-market and enterprise customers
• Lead discovery calls to understand customer goals, tech stack, budgets, and timelines
• Deliver tailored product demos that clearly articulate business value and ROI
• Partner closely with the CEO on pricing, positioning, and closing strategic deals
• Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to drive predictable pipeline generation
• Share customer insights with Product and Marketing to influence roadmap and messaging
• Drive early account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or go-to-market roles
• Proven experience selling complex SaaS products
• Experience selling to North American customers
• Prior experience selling to DTC or eCommerce brands
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
• Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
