Video Producer/Motion Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Video Producer who can own video content end-to-end – from concept to final cut. You'll create videos for product launches, marketing campaigns, and social content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and our website. This isn't about flashy effects for their own sake – it's about clarity, rhythm, and making our product feel as good on screen as it does to use. You'll blend motion graphics with screen capture to tell product stories that are faithful to we actually do, while elevating it. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape our visual brand as the first dedicated video producer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to understand feature releases and translate them into compelling video content
• Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and product snippets
• Produce longer-form content including product launch videos, demos, and YouTube content
• Develop video concepts collaboratively with leadership, then own end-to-end execution
• Blend motion graphics with product screen captures into cohesive, polished videos
• Select and edit content to music/sound with strong attention to rhythm and pacing
• Maintain clarity of message while making content visually compelling
• Adapt and optimize content across different formats and platforms

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of professional video production experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, screen capture editing, and product-focused video work
• Excellent sense of rhythm, pacing, and sound design
• Ability to take rough concepts and turn them into polished final products
• Clear visual storytelling skills – able to make product features feel exciting
• Self-directed with comfort iterating based on feedback
• Strong aesthetic sense and taste for quality
