An independent, founder-led marketing company built to challenge lazy, template-driven marketing. Our clients span Pharma, SaaS, BFSI, and Healthcare (B2B + B2C). The company was founded by an ISB alum, an ex-strategy + marketing executive, and a reputed GenAI trainer. The team includes veterans from top agencies. The agency is creative-first but deeply tech-savvy, building custom dashboards and vibe-code solutions and hosting internal hackathons, believing tech is table stakes and excelling at it.

About the Role

The Senior Copywriter / Content Writer will lead content strategy and execution across digital platforms, performance campaigns, brand communication, and growth marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong mix of creative storytelling, conversion-focused writing, and strategic thinking. You will collaborate closely with performance marketers, designers, strategists, and founders to deliver content that drives engagement, leads, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing copy (paid ads, landing pages, email funnels)
• Strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused and brand storytelling work
• Expertise in SEO writing and keyword optimization
• Experience writing for B2B and/or D2C brands
• Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS)
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs, Notion, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, Webflow, etc.
• Experience working in a marketing agency or growth agency
