About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage end-to-end finance, taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory matters for group entities and family accounts. The role involves handling high-value transactions, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws, FEMA regulations, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations for entities with turnover ranging from ₹50 Cr to ₹250 Cr
• Oversee accounting, finalization of books, and coordination with auditors
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Handle GST returns, reconciliations, assessments, and notices
• Manage direct and indirect tax filings for company and family ITRs
• Handle FEMA compliance, foreign transactions, and related documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory updates
• Manage loan documentation, renewals, and compliance with bank requirements
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities
• Support fund planning and working capital management
• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and growth planning
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial matters
