About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is highly disciplined, process-oriented, and eager to learn recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will work across multiple companies and roles, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring. This is a fully remote role with PPO possibilities based on performance. You will work directly on live hiring mandates, interact with candidates, and learn what it takes to build teams for growing companies. Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interviews
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and hiring dashboards
• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth interview coordination
• Work closely with internal team members on hiring priorities
• Help improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• MBA / PGDM / Undergraduate students interested in HR / Recruitment
• Process-oriented and disciplined approach to workflows
• Ability to multi-task across multiple companies and roles simultaneously
• Strong work ethic with an ownership mindset and reliability
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Prior internship experience in HR/recruitment is a plus (not mandatory)
